Trot singer Lee Chan-won's 1st EP '...Gift' surpasses 100 thousand pre-orders

SEOUL, Oct. 15 (Yonhap) -- Trot singer Lee Chan-won’s first EP “…Gift” has surpassed 100,000 pre-orders, according to the singer’s agency Bliss Entertainment, Friday.

The title song “Cheer Up” is a semi-trot song with brass added to a cheerful house rhythm,

“The song contains a cheering and comforting message to those going through hard days due to the pandemic. The lyrics embracing hardships of lives, joyful melody and ear-catching chorus are the song’s attractive points,” said the agency.

Lee showed his excellent vocal appearing in programs such as “National Singing Contest” and “STARKING” since childhood. Then, through TV Chosun “Mr. Trot” (2020) he rose to stardom winning 3rd place in the trot audition program.

The star singer will meet his fans with his first fan concert, “Chan’s Time” from the 23rd .
