BEIJING, Nov. 24 (Yonhap) -- Celebrities in China, such as Kris Wu (Chinese name Wu Yi Fan), a former member of K-pop boy band EXO and Chinese actress Zheng Shuang, will not be able to hold personal online livestreams anymore.

The China Association of Performing Arts created a list of 88 people, including three famous Chinese celebrities like Kris Wu, Zheng Shuang, and Zhang Zhe Han, who received livestreaming-related warnings, according to the online edition of China's largest newspaper, People's Daily, on Tuesday.

Those included on the list are unable to obtain accounts on the livestream platform, making it practically impossible to meet fans online.

Kris Wu was taken into criminal custody on rape charges while Zheng Shuang was embroiled in controversy over tax evasion. In addition, Zhang Zhe Han, a Chinese actor and singer, received backlash after he was caught taking a photo at the controversial Yasukuni Shrine, a war shrine that beautifies Japan's past wars of aggression and enshrines war criminals.

In September, the National Radio and Television Administration announced strict regulations in order to prohibit people from idolizing celebrities who have shown unethical and illegal behaviors.
