SEOUL, Nov. 22 (Yonhap) -- K-pop girl group ITZY saw the music video for its hit song "Loco" break 100 million views on YouTube.

The group passed the 100 million mark on Saturday at 8:17 p.m., according to JYP Entertainment on Monday.

This record comes after 58 days since the quintet released its first full-length album "Crazy in Love" on Sept. 24

It is the group's sixth music video to surpass 100 million YouTube views after "Dalla Dalla," "Icy," "Wannabe," "Not Shy," "Mafia in the Morning," and "Loco."

"Among the 'fourth generation K-pop girl groups,' ITZY has the highest number of music videos with hundreds of millions of views," the K-pop act's agency said.

Meanwhile, ITZY will release a Japanese-language compilation album titled "IT'z ITZY" on Dec. 22 to debut in the Japanese market.

For the past three days, the Japanese version of "Wannabe," which was unveiled ahead of the album's release, ranked second on Japan Recochoku's K-pop daily chart as well as Line Music's K-pop Daily Top 100 Chart.
