SEOUL, July 30 (Yonhap) – Girl band Twice has topped on Oricon’s Daily CD Album Chart with its Japan’s 3rd regular album “Perfect World”, announced JYP Entertainment on the 30th.

The album, released on the 28th, contains Japanese songs including the title “Perfect World” and “Better”, “Kura Kura”, “PROMISE”.

The title track is an up-tempo dance song conveying a message that they will not be wavered by hardships but rather stand up to and overcome them. Just after its release to streaming sites, the song landed on top of the Japanese music sites such as Line Music.

Twice opened an online fan event on the day of its album’s release to introduce the title song’s performance and the sidetracks. This event was widely responded by their fans with an accumulative 480 thousand watchers.

One of the Japanese members, Sana, shared feelings about the group’s 4th anniversary of debuting in Japan saying, “we will work hard for our 5th anniversary. We wish for our fans to be with us just like we always did.”
