SEOUL, May 11 (Yonhap) -- Singer Yim Jae-beum will return to the music industry in 7 years after breaking his long silence.

Yim shared his comeback through his official website which opened on May 10th, “It has been a long time. It could have happened to anyone, but it hurt and hurt a lot,” adding, "I was afraid and careful. Once again, I will hold myself together and reach out my heart to you.”

Yim who debuted as a former lead vocalist of the band “Sinawe” in 1986, created hit songs such as “For You,” “Desire to Fly,” and “Scars Deeper than Love.”
