SEOUL, May 12 (Yonhap) – S. Korean singer OVAN will release a new single “Now I Am(translated)” on May 25, according to the agency Romantic Factory on Thursday.

It is the singer’s first new album in about six months since “Walk,” which was dropped in November, 2021.

The agency explained, “OVAN was originally planning to release the full album in May but it seems to take time since he works hard for its high quality,” adding, “In order to keep the promise with his fans, the singer decided to pre-release one of the tracks from the album.”

The new song “Now I Am” highlights OVAN’s voice of calmly singing the song.

Producer VAN.C, who is known as a long-time partner of OVAN, Parc Jae-jung, Joosiq, and Piano Man have participated in the session and added harmony to the album.

OVAN debuted with the single “VIRGIN LOVE” in 2017 and made himself known by releasing various songs, including “I Need You,” “I Am Yours,” “Confusion,” “Missed Call,” and “Happy Birthday.”
