SEOUL, May 18 (Yonhap) – S. Korean band Jaurim will hold the 25th debut anniversary concert.

The agency Interpark Entertainment announced on Wednesday, “Jaurim will hold the 25th debut anniversary concert at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park for three days from July 1 to 3.”

The concert, which will be held under the theme of “birthday party,” is the first time that Jaurim has performed on the stage since the country lifted nearly all social distancing restraints.

The staff from the agency said, “Along with the concept of birthday party, the singer will mainly perform cheerful hit songs.”

Jaurim will actively perform in various fields, including entertainment and concert, this year to mark its 25th debut anniversary.

The band will appear in KBS2’s music program “Immortal Songs,” which will be aired on May 21, and is scheduled to hold the concert and release the special album in July.

Jaurim, which consists of members Lee Sun-kyu(guitar), Kim Jin-man(bass), and Kim Yun-A(vocal), has released songs under diverse themes, such as youth, human, and society, based on the wide spectrum of music without being confined to the single genre since its debut in 1997.

The members, who drew great attention by releasing hit songs, including “HEY HEY HEY,” “Magic carpet ride,” “Deviation,” and “Song of Ha Ha Ha,” dropped the 11th full album “LOVE FOREVER” last year.
