We’re witnessing an arms race on the Korean Peninsula, as the South has become the 8th country in the world to successfully develop a homegrown submarine-launched ballistic missile, an exclusive club that includes the North. Last year, the North showed off a new SLBM called the Pukguksong-4 before then unveiling the Pukguksong-5 in January. Does that mean we’re about to see number 6? And how is the South responding?
